This is a challenge of the mind. These five rules are obligatory. Modification to this is impermissible.

| 2. Five Moments of Reflection | Focus | You must pause 5 times daily to reflect on your path, check your mindset, and reaffirm your commitment: Wake-Up, Lunch, Afternoon, Evening, and Before Bed. It is recommended that you sit or kneel on the floor for a few minutes. |

| 4. Visual Tracking | Accountability | You must take note of your progress, however you want: photos, videos, etc. This could even just be tracking your workouts on your preferred platform. |
| 5. Restraint | Resolve | Obviously you aren't allowed any alcohol or recreational drugs, why would that ever be a thing. Follow a diet that you think will improve upon your current one. Eat more fruit and veg, or less sugar, anything that is a tangible improvement |
